Since 2019, ABM Round Tables have brought bureau leaders together for honest, valuable conversations. This November, we’re taking them further. The new format keeps everything members value: meeting fellow bureau professionals, comparing experiences and discussing what’s changing across the industry. It also adds something new. Every Round Table now includes a practical workshop on a real bureau challenge. You’ll leave with a clear next step, and you’ll come back to share what happened.
The structure has been designed by Tracy Jerram, with input from Barry Matthews and ABM members.
How the day works
Morning: Connect and compare. Meet bureau leaders who understand your world. Share what’s changing, what’s working and the successes others can learn from.
Afternoon: Practical workshop. Take one specific bureau challenge. Look at how it affects your own firm. Work through it in a small group. Test your thinking with people who know the realities of running a bureau.
Close: Your next step. Identify one clear action and how you’ll take it.
Six weeks later: Online follow-up. Reconnect with your group to share what you tried, what worked, what didn’t and what you learned.
