Vendor Partnership Initiative

We are absolutely overjoyed to launch the new ABM Vendor Partnership Initiative. We are offering a partnership model that’s built for collaboration – not promotion. It’s designed for vendors who want to do more than just sell and for bureau leaders who want to do more than grumble – firms who want to connect, improve, and work together to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Vendor Partnership

We are delighted to welcome the vendors to a partnership with the association.

For too long, relationships between bureaus and vendors have been reactive, inconsistent, and often frustrating. Members have told us of slow responses, unclear communication, and a lack of understanding of how a bureau environment really works. Meanwhile, many vendors are genuinely trying to engage more effectively but lack a structured, trusted route to do so. The Vendor Partnership Initiative bridges that gap creating clear, well-managed ways for both sides to engage with purpose, honesty, and respect.

FAQ's

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Membership is paid annually in advance. If you wish to cancel next year’s membership just get in touch at least 1 month before the renewal date.

ABM membership runs for a minimum term of 12 months and renews automatically for a further 12 months unless you tell us otherwise. Renewal notifications are sent around 45 days before your renewal date, and if you don’t wish to renew, you’ll need to let us know in writing within 14 days of that notification. If we don’t hear from you in that window, your membership will renew for another 12-month term, and if you’re paying monthly, those payments will continue for the term.

Once a new or renewed term has started, we’re not able to offer refunds, and cancelling partway through a term doesn’t remove the obligation to pay any outstanding fees for that term.

I’m not sure about being in a meeting with my competitors

It’s up to every bureau manager how they deal with sharing information and what they do with information which others have freely shared with them. The whole atmosphere in our Bureau Managers Roundtable meetings is hugely suppoprtive and collaborative and, on the whole, everyone is keen to share their experiences and ideas. Everyone benefits and, after all, there is plenty of business out there for all of us.

What payment methods do you accept for memberships?

You will be invoiced for the full amount of the annual membership. You can pay your annual membership fee in full by bank transfer, or spread the cost across 12 automatic monthly payments by direct debit through GoCardless. Your membership benefits and 12-month term stay the same either way…the choice is simply how you’d like to manage the cost. Your preferred payment method can be selected when your membership renews each year.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?

Take a look at the member benefits page and you’ll find all the information you need. If you’d like to speak to one of the members please get in touch and I’ll arrange it for you.
