I’m not sure about being in a meeting with my competitors

It’s up to every bureau manager how they deal with sharing information and what they do with information which others have freely shared with them. The whole atmosphere in our Bureau Managers Roundtable meetings is hugely suppoprtive and collaborative and, on the whole, everyone is keen to share their experiences and ideas. Everyone benefits and, after all, there is plenty of business out there for all of us.

Do I have to be a ‘Manager’ to join the association?

Absolutely not! Membership is open to directors, partners, assistant managers and senior payrollers the association exists to help you run a better bureau, whatever your job title.
